Grow faster, without losing your grip.
Your revenue grows faster than your organization. Everything still runs through you, and your strategy has been on the wall since January. I look at what your company needs to grow faster and be worth more, and stay beside you until you steer instead of firefight.
Half an hour, by video.

This does not work for everyone.
Three things have to be true. If one is missing, it only costs you money and me a day. Just say so on the call, and we keep it short.
There is a management team, or you are building one
A vacancy for an operations manager is the best moment to start. If you are on your own, there is nothing to divide yet.
You think about what it will be worth
You don't have to sell. But you do want to know what lies between today and the top of your sector, and to see that move every quarter.
You have room to work on your company
You want to change something that isn't broken yet, and you have the time and money for it. If you are in survival mode, call me in six months.
It starts with you.
Then I bring in your management team, so not everything has to run through you. That is what I recommend. If another form fits better, that works too.
The scale-up program
“I want someone to take this on and run it”
You are no longer the bottleneck. Your management team decides on its own, your team knows where it's heading, and every quarter you see whether your company is worth more. After ninety days the foundation is in place, or you get the first three months back.
One-on-one
“I'll run it myself, with someone beside me”
After a year you don't need me anymore.

“First I want a strategy, in three days”
After three days your management team knows where you're heading, and who does what.
View →Personal coaching
“It's me, not my company”
You do what you promise, and your team starts doing the same.
View →After ninety days, this is in place.
The first quarter is the strategy sprint plus your first quarterly session. After that, this is there in black and white.
- 01Your way of working and all your numbers have been reviewed. Strengths and weaknesses are on paper
- 02There is a strategy your whole management team stands behind
- 03Your company has been valued and your exit goal is set
- 04Your KPI tree is in place, with a critical number, a counter number and this quarter's KPIs
- 05Roles are written out, and the first rocks have an owner
- 06The app is set up and your whole team works in it
If it isn't in place, you get the first three months back. One condition: your team shows up to the sessions.
And the other way round: if you don't keep your commitments, I stop, and you pay nothing more.
We work in Boldcaster.
Everything we agree on goes in there. It is also the referee of my promise: it's either in there or it isn't.
- Between sessions you can see where you stand, and so can I. So no quarterly session starts with an hour of catching up.
- Your valuation is recalculated every quarter, fed by your own numbers. You see whether you are getting closer to your exit goal, even when the answer is no.
- Setting it up is part of the program. Rather work in your own system? That works too. Boldcaster is mine, and I'd rather tell you that myself.
“Working together is wonderfully informal, practical and immediately useful. As partners, we are now far more aligned.”
“We no longer steer on gut feeling, but on a dashboard with hard numbers and targets. That gives calm and direction.”
“From creative chaos to structure in one day, without losing our unique vibe.”
I did it myself. And got it wrong first.

I'm Jurre Grimberg. For seven years I owned Arenagym in Amsterdam, a B2B gym for entrepreneurs and their teams. In 2020 we went from three hundred to a thousand square meters, and in 2022 I sold my shares. After that I spent two years as a scale-up consultant at ScaleUp Company, where I got to know the Scaling Up method inside out. At the same time I studied at Utrecht University: design thinking, lean startup and innovation.
I also completed two executive coaching programs. Even so, I never took the beaten path. Mostly I figured it out as I went, and I don't know a founder who does it any other way. Hence Misfitr. A method helps, but no founder fits it exactly. So I look at what you need to grow faster, and I stay beside you until it's in place.
One call, half an hour.
You tell me where it hurts, I tell you honestly whether I can help. If it isn't a fit, you hear that in the same conversation.
